Overview
KESIONOTS KS-HD225LD low/high temperature test chamber, also known as Environmental Test Chamber, is suitable for high temperature and low temperature Reliability test of industrial products. The equipment is used for electronic and electrical, automobile and motorcycle, aerospace, ship weapons, colleges and universities, R & D institutions and other related products under high temperature, low temperature (alternating) cycle change conditions for performance testing, serving product design, improvement, identification and inspection.

Principle
The test chamber creates and precisely controls a low-temperature to high-temperature test environment in a closed chamber through a refrigeration system (Air-Cooled/single-stage or wind, Water-Cooled/double-stage Compressor) and a heating system. Control systems (e.g. TEMI or OYO controllers) adjust the hot and cold output according to the set program, so that the temperature in the box changes on demand to simulate the use of the product in extreme temperature conditions.

Steps
1. Put the sample to be tested into the box and place it reasonably.
2. Close the door and make sure the sealing is good.
3. Set the required temperature program (e.g. target temperature, lifting rate, holding time, etc.) through the controller.
4. Start the equipment, the test chamber starts to run, and the temperature is raised and cooled according to the set program.
5. During the test, the sample status can be observed through the viewing window.
6. After the test, the device stops automatically or manually, and the sample is removed after the temperature in the box approaches the Ambient Temperature.
Notice
The equipment should be installed in a well-ventilated place without direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
• Please use a power supply that meets the specifications (220VAC +/- 10% 50/60Hz or 380VAC +/- 10% 50/60Hz).
• The total load of the sample placed should not exceed 1/3 of the effective volume in the box, and should not block the air duct.
• Special protective measures should be taken when testing flammable, explosive, volatile or corrosion substances.
• Regularly check the running status of the chilled down system (e.g. Compressor, condenser) to ensure good heat dissipation.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not open the box door frequently to avoid affecting the temperature stability and test results.
• When a fault alarm occurs, the cause should be identified and ruled out before use. Do not force operation.
