Overview
KESIONOTS KS-HD408LC low/high temperature test chamber is an environmental test equipment suitable for high temperature and low temperature Reliability test of industrial products. It is mainly used for the inspection of various performance indicators under high temperature, low temperature (alternating) cyclic change conditions of parts and materials of electronic and electrical, automotive and motorcycle, aerospace, marine weapons, universities and R & D institutions, etc., to support product design, improvement, identification and inspection, such as aging test.

Principle
The test chamber creates and precisely controls the test environment from low temperature to high temperature in a closed chamber through a refrigeration system (Air-Cooled or Water-Cooled Compressor) and a heating system. The Control system (e.g. TEMI or OYO controller) adjusts the Power output of cooling and heating according to the setting program, so that the temperature in the working room changes according to the preset Linear dispersion to simulate the product's Operating Environment under extreme temperature conditions, so as to inspect its performance and Reliability.

Steps
Place the device in a stable, well-ventilated position and connect the required power supply (220VAC +/- 10% or 380VAC +/- 10%).
2. Open the box door and place the sample to be tested on the Shelf to ensure that the air duct and Sensor are not blocked.
3. Close the door and set the required temperature program (e.g. target temperature, lifting rate, holding time, etc.) through the controller (TEMI or OYO).
4. Start the equipment, the test chamber starts running, and the cooling or heating system works to achieve and maintain the set temperature.
5. During the test, the sample status can be observed through the viewing window. After the test is completed, the equipment can be stopped according to the program or manually.
6. After the temperature in the box returns to close to room temperature, open the box door and remove the sample.
Notice
Equipment should be reliably grounded and installed and operated by professionals.
When placing samples, their total volume should not exceed one-third of the volume of the studio to ensure even air circulation.
• It is forbidden to test flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosion substances.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not open the box door frequently, so as not to affect the temperature stability and Compressor life.
• Regularly check whether the chilling down system (such as Compressor, condenser) is clean and ventilated smoothly.
• If the equipment alarms or malfunctions, it should be shut down immediately and check the fault warning system prompt, and contact a professional to deal with it.
• When not in use for a long time, the power should be cut off and cleaned and maintained.
