Overview
BLD-602-800 carton compression machine is a factory direct sales of microcomputer control static pressure test equipment, test space of 80 * 80 * 80cm (can be customized according to requirements), capacity optional 1000KG or 2000KG, using LCD display, accuracy up to +/- 0.5%, support unit switching and printing function.
Features
1. Microcomputer control, providing three standard working modes: strength test, fixed value test and stacking test;
Capacity can be selected from 1000KG or 2000KG to meet different testing requirements.
3. High Accuracy measurement, analysis 1/100000, accuracy +/- 0.5%;
4. The test space can be customized, with a standard size of D600 * W800 * 800MM.
5. Support unit switching (KG, N, LB) and printing functions, and can memorize test data;
6. The compression speed standard is 10mm/min +/- 3, meeting industry requirements.
Principle
The device controls the compression process through a microcomputer system, applies static pressure to the carton in the set test space, and measures its compressive strength, displacement or stacking test to evaluate the load-bearing performance and overall mass of the carton.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (3, AC 220V);
2. Select the test mode: strength test, fixed value test or stacking test;
3. Set parameters (e.g. pressure, displacement, or stacking time);
4. Place the carton in the test space.
5. Start the test, and the device automatically compresses and records the data.
6. Check the LCD display results and print the data if necessary.
Notice
• Ensure that the power supply is 3V, AC 220V to avoid voltage mismatch;
• Check equipment accuracy and unit settings before testing;
The stacking test needs to be set in strict accordance with national standards.
Maintain equipment regularly and keep the test space clean.
