Overview
The magnetic yoke type Flaw detector has the characteristics of compact structure, reasonable layout, small size, light weight and convenient carrying. It is suitable for magnetic particle detection of surface and near-surface defects of ferromagnetic materials in various steel structural parts in electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical, machinery and other industries, boilers, Pressure Vessels, pressure pipelines and various types of welded structures. The Flaw detector is directly connected to AC for use, especially for hull weld inspection, steel structure weld inspection and internal operation of Pressure Vessel.

Principle
The yoke type Flaw detector generates a magnetic field through an electromagnetic yoke, magnetizes a ferromagnetic material, and displays surface and near-surface defects using a magnetic particle detection method.

Steps
1. Connect single-phase AC power supply AC220V 50Hz;
2. Set the magnetization pole distance within the range of 0 to 220 mm.
3. Sensitivity was verified using type A1 standard specimens;
4. Perform magnetic particle flaw detection operations.
Notice
- Operating temperature range is -10~ + 40 ℃;
The working temperature rise should be less than 18 degrees Celsius.
- relative humidity should be less than 80% and no condensation;
- The duty cycle is 50%;
The lifting force should be ≥ 7.1kg (69N) under the direct plug-in 220V AC.
