Overview
RUNJIE CDX-3 Magnetic Particle Testing Equipment is a special instrument for small Portable nondestructive testing. It is designed based on the principle of magnetic field magnetization of workpieces. It has the characteristics of clear display of crazing of the workpiece to be explored, reliable and stable performance and convenient operation. The instrument uses coils directly wound on the Probe to generate induction magnetic fields to magnetize the workpiece. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, large lifting force and adjustable movable joints. It is suitable for flaw detection of plane welds, fillet welds, steel pipes, Pressure Vessel, pipes, shafts and complex parts. Random with LED lighting, large luminance, long life and easy replacement.

Principle
The CDX-3 Magnetic Particle Testing Equipment uses coils directly wound on the Probe to generate an induced magnetic field to magnetize the workpiece. When the workpiece has defects such as crazing, magnetic particles will aggregate at the defects to form a visible magnetic trace display.
Applications
Detection of Plane Welds, Fillet Welds, Steel Pipes, Pressure Vessels, Pipes, Shafts and Complex Parts
Steps
1. Insert one end of the power cable into the Probe through a circular three-core aviation plug, and connect the other end to an AC~ 220V socket
2. Adjust the Probe movable joint according to the shape of the workpiece or select both sides of the plane yoke
3. Turn on the instrument for magnetization operation
4. Observe the display of magnetic particles on the surface of the workpiece
5. The working cycle is 2 minutes to turn on-2 minutes to turn off
