LT100-3 series coating thickness gauge is a nondestructive testing instrument using magnetic and eddy current thickness measurement methods. It can be used to measure the nonmagnetic coating film thickness on magnetic metal substrates (such as steel, iron, alloys, etc.) and the nonconductive coating film thickness on nonmagnetic metal substrates (such as copper, aluminum, zinc, etc.). It is widely used in Eletroplating, Anticorrosion, Aerospace, Chemical Industry, Automobile, Shipbuilding, Light Industry, Commodity Inspection and other fields.
1. Using magnetic and eddy current thickness measurement methods, suitable for a wide range of substrate and coating types. 2. A variety of probes (such as F400, F05, F1, F3, N1, etc.) can be used for measurement. 3. Provide three calibration methods: one point calibrated, two point calibrated, basic calibrated. 4. With high display resolution: 0.1 μm below 1250 μm and 1 μm above 1250 μm. 5. With statistical function, it can display MAX Maximum (MAX), MIN Minimum (MIN), Average (MEA) and measurement number (No). 6. 500 measurement data can be stored. 7. Some Probes (such as F3 high temperature) support high temperature environment measurement.
The instrument works based on the eddy Current measurement principle. When the Probe touches the surface to be tested, the film thickness of the surface coating is nondestructive detected by magnetic Induction or eddy current effect according to the magnetic (magnetic metal) or conductive (nonmagnetic metal) properties of the matrix material.

1. Select the appropriate probe (such as N1 Probe) according to the measurement needs. 2. Select one point calibrate, two point calibrate or basic calibration method to calibrate the instrument according to the situation. 3. Probe perpendicular to and smooth contact with the surface of the workpiece to be measured for measurement. 4. Read the Film thickness value on the display screen. 5. You can use the statistical function of the instrument to view MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, average and other data, or call the stored historical data.
• Please make sure to operate at the operating Environment temperature specified by the instrument (0~ 40 ℃, F3 high temperature Probe is 0~ 300 ℃). • Calibrating is a key step to ensure accurate measurement, please choose the appropriate calibration method according to the actual situation. • Keep the Probe perpendicular to the workpiece surface and in stable contact during measurement. • The instrument is powered by two AA type 1.5V alkaline batteries, please pay attention to replace it in time. • Do not use the Probe in an environment outside the specified temperature range of the Probe. • Pay attention to the measurement range of the instrument (0~ 1500μm) and the error range (+/- 3%).
[A] No, it isn't. This is the ex-factory price of the product in the Chinese Mainland. In addition to this price, buyers from different countries need to account for additional costs such as shipping fees, tariffs, and others. For specific regional quotes, please consult our customer service or fill out a quotation form.
