Overview
The DUBAN DB20-SRT231 + sand blasting shot peening surface roughness meter features a split design and conforms to ASTM D4417 Method C and NACERP0287-95 Test Method for direct measurement of peak-to-valley heights on the surface. Suitable for shot peening sand blasting, printing, lame plating corrosion protection and other industries, the parameters are calculated according to the selected measurement conditions and clearly displayed on the LCD display.

Principle
Measurement principle of inductance is used to directly measure the height of the peak and valley of the surface, and the corresponding asperity parameters are calculated according to the selected measurement conditions.
