HUITAI GDT-100A high and low temperature alternating climate box is a professional temperature and humidity testing equipment, providing a Temperature range of -20~ 150 ℃ and a relative humidity range of 20%~ 98% (with H model). The equipment adopts a 7-inch TFT color LCD display, supports setting mode and program mode operation, presets 100 sets of 100 steps 999 cycles, suitable for various environment Reliability tests.

Principle
The equipment adopts equilibrate Conditioning Control mode, and realizes accurate temperature and humidity regulation through DCC intelligent cooling capacity control and DEC intelligent electrical control. The temperature sensing adopts A-class PT100 armored Thermocouple, and the humidity measurement adopts wet-bulb temperature meter method. The refrigeration system adopts mechanical single-stage compression refrigeration or cascade Compressor refrigeration according to the model, and is equipped with high-efficiency slope evaporator and SWEP plate cold and heat exchanger.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and check whether the voltage meets the 220V requirements
2. Set operating parameters through a 7-inch TFT color LCD display
3. Select setting mode or program mode to run
4. Start the device and start testing
5. Export test data through USB interface or Ethernet interface
6. Power off the device after the test is completed

• Power supply voltage 220V/25A before use
• Do not frequently switch on and off the observation window during the operation of the equipment
• Regularly check the water supply of the humidification system
• Pay attention to ventilating heat around the equipment
• Non-professionals should not disassemble and repair
• Pay attention to protect the refrigeration pipeline when the equipment moves
• If it is not used for a long time, the main power supply should be disconnected
