Overview
HUITAI GDT-100AH high and low temperature alternating climate box is a professional environmental testing equipment, providing A type -20~ 150 ℃, B type -40~ 150 ℃, C type -60~ 150 ℃ Temperature range, Humidity range 20%~ 98% RH (model with H). The equipment adopts 7-inch TFT color LCD display, supports setting mode and program mode operation, and has perfect temperature, humidity control and data recording functions.

Principle
The equipment adopts BTC equilibrate temperature control mode combined with DCC intelligent cooling capacity control and DEC intelligent electrical control. Temperature sensing is carried out through A-class PT100 armored Thermocouple, and humidity control adopts wet-bulb temperature meter method. The refrigeration system adopts single-stage compression or cascade Compressor refrigeration according to the model, and is equipped with high-efficiency slope evaporator and SWEP plate cold and heat exchanger to achieve accurate temperature control.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and check the device status
2. Set test parameters through a 7-inch TFT color LCD display
3. Select setting mode or program mode to run
4. Start the equipment and start the test
5. Data monitoring via RS-485 interface or Ethernet interface
6. Export data via USB after the test is completed
Notice
• Check whether the Power supply voltage meets the 220V requirement before use
• Ensure that the water supply system is normal and avoid dry burning of the humidifier pipe
• Regularly check the refrigeration system pressure and protection devices
• Do not frequently switch on and off the observation window when the equipment is running
• Keep equipment well ventilated
• Equipment maintenance in strict accordance with the operation manual
• Pay attention to equipment grounding and leakage protection
