Overview
The glowing wire tester (stainless steel) model NBC-4324 is a factory direct sales product used to simulate the thermal stress caused by heat sources such as glowing components or overload resistors in a short period of time under fault or overload conditions of electrical and electronic equipment parts to evaluate the fire hazard of the product. It is suitable for fire hazard testing and combustion performance testing of electrical and electronic products, household appliances and their materials.
Features
1. The test chamber is divided into left and right parts, the left part is the hot combustion chamber, and the right part is the electrical control room, which has a reasonable structure.
2. The sample trolley is driven by a motor and can be driven forward and backward, and the test process is automatically controlled.
3. The hot wire is fixed, the pressure is maintained at 1N, and the pressing depth is limited to 7mm.
4. The temperature control instrument is used to accurately control the temperature of the scorching wire, and the K-type armored Thermocouple has high accuracy and Reliability.
5. The shell is made of stainless steel, which is durable and beautiful.
Principle
The tester adjusts the scorching current through the electrical control system to change the scorching temperature, and uses the temperature control instrument to accurately control the scorching wire temperature. After the sample is installed in the sample fixture, the motor drives the trolley to move right to the scorching wire head, applies 1N pressure and limits the pressing depth to 7mm. The scorching time, flame ignition time and extinguishing time are preset or measured by the digital time relay.

Steps
1. Turn on the power switch.
2. Use the heating start switch to adjust the current and set the burning temperature.
3. Press the run start switch to make the sample trolley start moving.
4. Press the test start switch to enter the state to be tested.
5. Use Timer T1 to record the burning time, T2 to record the flame ignition time, and T3 to record the flame extinguishment time.
6. After the test, press the test stop switch.
7. Use the run stop switch to stop the sample trolley from moving.
8. Control the lighting switch and fan switch as required.
Notice
• When the scorching wire is heating up, please close the door and observe to avoid burns.
• Power application Three-pole socket with ground wire to ensure reliable grounding.
• Take care to protect the Thermocouple and glowing wire of the thermostat, and be careful not to damage the Thermocouple when cleaning the caking on the top of the glowing wire.
• Thermocouple is a consumable and is not covered by the warranty.
• When replacing Thermocouple, be sure to pay attention to polarity.
• Do not turn on the lighting switch and exhaust switch during the burning process.
• If you find that the combustion flame of the hot material is too large, please immediately turn off the power switch, unplug the power cord, and immediately use a fire extinguisher to extinguish the fire.
