Overview
BM-37XBD computer inverted biological Microscope has the characteristics of microscopic observation in foster bottles or culture dishes. The instrument is equipped with a long working distance objective lens and a long working distance flat-field color difference condenser, a wide-angle eyepiece, and a phase contrast device. It can observe transparent living bodies without staining. It is especially suitable for microscopic research of fluids, Sediments, etc. The instrument adopts an electric light source, the luminance can be continuously adjusted, and the hinged lens barrel is inclined at 45 °, which can rotate 360 degrees freely.
Features
1. Equipped with long working distance objective lens and flat field color difference condenser
2. With a phase contrast device, transparent living bodies can be observed without staining
3. The hinged lens barrel is tilted 45 ° and can rotate 360 degrees freely
4. Electric light source luminance continuously adjustable
5. Equipped with 5 million pixel CMOS camera and geometric measurement analysis software
6. Coarse and fretting coaxial focusing, fretting grid value 0.002mm
Principle
Microscopic observation of the sample in the foster bottle or culture dish is carried out by means of a long working distance objective and condenser system with a phase contrast device. The illumination system provides an adjustable luminance light source. The rays of light pass through the sample and are amplified by the objective lens. Geometric measurement is realized through the eyepiece or CMOS camera imagery, and the analysis software is used.
Applications
Cell foster observation, tissue engineering, research and development, microbiology, water quality testing, environment science
Steps
1. Turn on the power and adjust the lighting luminance
2. Place foster bottles or culture dishes on the stage
3. Adjust pupil distance and eyepiece angle
Step 4 Use coarse fine-tuning to focus
5. Observe or connect computer imagery through eyepieces
6. Use analysis software for geometric measurements
