2. With MAX Maximum latch, undervoltage alarm indication function, automatic shutdown and manual shutdown function
3. Use USB data cable output to communicate with PC
4. Provide Bluetooth data output selection
5. When the battery voltage is lower than the specified value, it automatically indicates
6. Numbers are displayed, ignoring the difference
7. Metric/imperial unit conversion, with average calculation function
8. Automatic shutdown and manual shutdown
9. Using computer technology, digital filtering technology and other professional technologies, can accurately measure the thickness of the material
10. Utilize optional RS232C software and cables to communicate with PC computers for data acquisition, processing, analysis, and printing
Principle
The AS-120B Shore Shore Durometer applies pressure to the material through the indenter head to measure Crane Hardness. The instrument uses computer technology and digital filtering technology to accurately measure the thickness of the material, and displays Hardness value, average value and MAX Maximum through LCD display.
Applications
Moderate hard rubber, thermal plasticity plastics, thermal plasticity resilience, paper products, fiber materials
Standards
GB/T 531-1999、GB/T 2411-80、DIN53505、ISO868、ISO7619、ASTMD2240、JIS K7215
Steps
1. Install 2 * 1.5V AAA AA AA batteries
2. Select the male/imperial unit
3. Aim the needle head at the material under test
4. Pressure measurement
5. Read Hardness, Average or MAX Maximum on LCD display
6. Optional USB, RS232C or Bluetooth output data to PC
7. Manual shutdown or wait for automatic shutdown after use
Notice
* Ambient Temperature should be kept at 0~ 40 ℃
* Environmental humidity should be less than 90% RH
Replace the battery in time when the battery voltage is lower than the specified value
* Confirm that the size of the crimp head is R0.1 cone before measurement
Ensure that the hardness of materials being tested is within the range of > 90A; < 20D
* Optional accessories include standard Hardness chip, USB data cable output, RS232C data cable output, Bluetooth data output
