US RDS No. 6 Mayer Rods Model 6 #1/4 is a molded Applicator rod designed for Spreader 13.7 micron wet film thickness. The coating applicator uses a formed production process, with a total length of 400mm, an application width of 300mm, a diameter of 6.35mm, and a grip width of 50 + 50mm. The material is stainless steel. RDS offers both wire-wound and molded Mayer Rods. The wet film thickness of the same type of coating rod preparation is the same, but the Coating Coat Weight may vary.

Principle
