Smart bolt puller KS-20S is composed of a manual pump, a hollow hydraulic cylinder, a digital pressure gauge, a high voltage hose with a quick connector and options. It adopts a hollow self-resetting hydraulic cylinder and a digital integrated design, which can directly read the force value. It has the functions of peak holding, storage, clearing, inquiry and automatic shutdown. Simple operation, quality assurance for 1 year, suitable for laboratory and field use.

Principle
The instrument drives the hollow hydraulic cylinder by pressing the manual pump to generate tension. The digital pressure gauge displays the force value in real time and records the data. The hydraulic cylinder has an automatic reset function to realize the pull-out force detection of the anchor.
Applications
Testing the pull-out force of various anchors, steel bars (planting bars), expansion bolts, chemical anchors and other anchors, and on-site pull-out force testing of Glass curtain walls (test)

Steps
1. Connect the manual pump, hydraulic cylinder and digital pressure gauge
2. Install anchors, tie rods and adapters
3. Start the equipment for pressurization operation
4. Read the force value and observe the Linear dispersion through the LCD screen
5. Automatic data storage and peak hold
6. After the inspection is completed, the device will automatically shut down
