Overview
The smart bolt puller KS-30S is composed of a manual pump, a hollow hydraulic cylinder, a digital pressure gauge, a high voltage hose with a quick connector, optional parts (anchors, pull rods, adapters) and a portable portable case. The whole series of hydraulic cylinders are hollow self-reset, digital integrated design, can directly read the force value (KN MPa), and have peak holding, storage, clearing, query and automatic shutdown functions. Excellent technology, simple operation, quality assurance 1 year, especially suitable for laboratory and field use.
Features
1. Intelligent color LCD large screen, easy to learn and get started quickly
2. Load-time Linear dispersion (F-t) and force value (kN) are displayed on the same screen, and the detection process data is completely recorded
3. All stainless steel High Accuracy Sensor, Measurement accuracy 0.5% F.S
4. The peak value of the data is maintained, and the value of the 10-segment fold line is automatically corrected
5. Adopt an overload protection structure to effectively protect the cylinder when the no-load exceeds the range, effectively prolonging the service life
6, Storage capacity, can store 200,000 detection data
7. Optional Bluetooth module
Principle
The instrument adopts the manual pump pressurization mode, generates the tension through the hollow hydraulic cylinder, and the digital pressure gauge displays the force value data in real time, and has the function of automatic reset.
Applications
Testing the pull-out force of various anchors, steel bars (planting bars), expansion bolts, chemical anchors and other anchors, and on-site pull-out force testing of Glass curtain walls (test)
Standards
