Overview
The arcotest 46 #Dyne pen is a multi-purpose testing tool suitable for the dyne test of thin films, metals, PCB boards, plastics, ceramics and other materials. Its features include wear resistance, smooth writing, 15ML large capacity, complete models, etc., which can accurately test to +/- 0.5 dyne. Easy to use, accurate results can be obtained by drawing lines, and the surface dyne degree of the film can be expressed through lines.
Features
1. Multi-material application: can accurately test the dyne of film, metal, PCB board, plastic, ceramic and other materials.
2. Durable design: fiber wear-resistant tip, not easy to deform, smooth ink output, smooth writing, wear-resistant tip, tight cap.
3. Large capacity: 15ML large capacity, can be used in a variety of industries, accurate to +/- 0.5 dynes.
4. Multi-model selection: 38 types of dyne models, 28-70 models are complete to meet different needs.
5. Accurate test: Accurate test, can accurately test whether the substrate Surface Energy value/surface cleanliness reaches the pen body value.
6. Easy to observe: Color is uniform, details are clear and easy to observe, formula is friendly, line drawing film formation, easy to capture subtle changes.
7. Rapid detection: 2-4 seconds to quickly obtain the test results, the water outlet is smooth, safe and environmentally friendly.
Principle
Accurate results can be obtained by drawing lines, and the surface dyne degree of the film can be expressed through lines, and whether the Surface Energy value/surface cleanliness of the substrate reaches the pen body value can be tested.
Applications
Film, metal, PCB board, plastic, ceramic
Steps
1. Draw a line on the surface of the material to be tested.
2. Observe the line performance and judge the degree of surface dyne.
Test results are available within 3.2 to 4 seconds.
Notice
• Make sure the cap is tight before use to prevent ink evaporation.
• When drawing lines, keep the tip perpendicular to the surface to ensure smooth ink output.
The test results should be observed within 2-4 seconds to avoid taking too long to affect the accuracy.
Store away from high temperatures and direct sunlight to prolong service life.
