3. Large capacity: 15ML large capacity, suitable for a variety of industries, accurate to +/- 0.5 dynes.
4. Complete range of models: 38 types of dyne models, with a complete range of 28-70 models to meet different needs.
5. Test Accuracy: Accurate test, long service life, smooth test ink, Color uniform, accurate, bright colors, test details are easier to observe.
6. Easy to use: easy to observe, quick detection, quick results can be obtained after 2-4 seconds of painting.
Principle
Drawing on the surface of the material through the Dyne pen, using the wetting characteristics of the pen and ink at a specific Dyne Level, observe whether the ink is evenly spread or cissing within 2-4 seconds to determine whether the surface tension of the material meets the corresponding Dyne Level.
Applications
Film, metal, PCB board, plastic, ceramic
Steps
1. Draw lines with Dyne pen on the surface of the material to be tested
2. Wait 2-4 seconds to observe the ink change
3. Dyne Level according to whether the ink is evenly spread or cissing
Notice
• Cover the pen cap tightly in time after use to prevent the pen and ink from evaporating
• Avoid the pen tip being squeezed and deformed by external force
• Operate on clean, drying test surfaces
• Pay attention to the observation time within 2-4 seconds
