Features
1. Versatility: It can accurately test the dyne of films, metals, PCB boards, plastics, ceramics, and other materials.
2. Durability: Fiber wear-resistant tip, not easy to deform, smooth writing, wear-resistant tip, long service life.
3. Sealing: The cap and pen body are tight to prevent the ink from evaporating and keep the ink stable.
4. Large capacity: 15ML large capacity, suitable for use in a variety of industries.
5. Accuracy: Accurate to +/- 0.5 dyne, complete models to meet different needs.
6. Test Accuracy: It can accurately test whether the Surface Energy value or surface cleanliness of the substrate meets the pen body value.
7. Easy to observe: Formulation is friendly, Color is uniform, and test details are easier to observe.
8. Quick detection: The result can be obtained 2-4 seconds after drawing the line, the water outlet is smooth, environmentally friendly and safe.
9. International certification: with international SGS certification, mass reliable.
10 film formation: graphic design nib fit the substrate to draw lines to film formation, easy to judge the result.
Principle
Dyne pen through the flat design of the nib of the substrate to draw lines, forming a thin film, observe the line change in 2-4 seconds to test the substrate Surface Energy value or surface cleanliness reaches the pen body value, so as to judge the material performance.
Applications
Film, metal, PCB board, plastic, ceramic
Standards
International SGS certification
Steps
1. Use a Dyne pen to draw lines on the surface of the substrate.
2. Wait 2-4 seconds to observe the line change.
3. Determine the test results according to whether the line is drawn and the film formation or change.
Notice
• Make sure the cap is tight to prevent the ink from evaporating.
• Observe the results within 2-4 seconds after drawing the line.
• Check whether the tip is in good condition before use to avoid deformation affecting the test.
• Select the appropriate Dyne pen model according to the substrate type.
