Overview
The HM-24 multi-sample tissue grinder is a special, fast, efficient, multi-testtube system that quickly and efficiently extracts and purifies raw DNA, RNA, and proteins from any source, including soil, plant and animal tissues/organs, bacteria, yeast, fungi, spores, paleontological specimens, etc.
Features

Principle
The HM-24 multi-sample tissue grinding instrument adopts a special vertical up and down integrated vibration mode, and quickly realizes the sample grinding through the high-frequency reciprocating vibration, impact and shearing of the grinding beads (such as zirconia, steel beads, Glass beads, ceramic beads), so that the sample is ground more fully and evenly. Repeatability is good and no cross-contamination.

Plant tissues (roots, stems, leaves, flowers, fruits, seeds), animal tissues (brain, heart, lungs, stomach, liver, thymus, kidneys, intestines, lymph nodes, muscles, bones), fungi and bacteria (yeast, E. coli), food, pharmaceuticals, volatile samples (coal, oil shale, wax products), plastics and polymers (PE, PS, Spinning & weaving products, Resin)
Steps
1. Built-in program controller, set the grinding time and rotor vibration Frequency.
2. Put the sample into the adapter, if low temperature operation is required, the adapter can be immersed in liquidnitrogen chilled down for 1-2 minutes.
3. Remove the adapter and quickly fix it to the host.
4. Start the grinding program and the instrument will run automatically.
5. After the grinding is completed, remove the sample tube.
Notice
• The sample tube is fully enclosed during the crushing process to avoid cross-contamination between samples.
• When operating at low temperature, the adapter does not need to be re-frozen after being immersed in liquidnitrogen to chill down.
The operating noise of the instrument is less than 55dB to ensure that it does not interfere with the Miscellaneous experiment.
• The same tissue sample needs to be set up with the same procedure to obtain Repeatability grinding effect.
• Grinding method supports wet grinding, dry grinding and low temperature grinding, users can choose according to needs.
