Overview
The HM-96 multi-sample tissue grinder is a special, fast and efficient multi-testtube system, also known as tissue grinder, fast tissue grinder, multi-sample tissue homogenizer, fast sample homogenizer system. It can extract and purify original DNA, RNA and protein from any source (including soil, plant and animal tissues/organs, bacteria, yeast, fungi, spores, paleontological specimens, etc.).
Features
1. The number of operations is large and the effect is good: efficient and fast work, 96 samples are ground within 1 minute, saving time and effort, the difference between batches and batches is small, the extracted protein is higher than the live, and the nucleic acid fragment is longer.
2. No cross-contamination: The sample tube is crushed in a fully enclosed state, and disposable centrifuge tubes and beads can be used. The sample is intact in the tube to avoid cross-contamination and external contamination.
3. Easy to operate: Built-in program controller, can set grinding time, rotor vibration Frequency and other parameters; Humanized Operating interface.
4. Stability: The vertical oscillation mode is adopted, the ground is more sufficient, and the Stability is better; the running noise is less than 55dB, which does not interfere with Miscellaneous experiments or instruments.
5. Low temperature operation: the adapter is immersed in liquid nitrogen chilled down for 1-2 minutes and then moved to the host to fix the ground, no need to freeze again, saving liquid nitrogen.
6. Repeatability is good: the same tissue sample is set to the same procedure to obtain the same grinding effect; Working time is short, the sample temperature does not rise.
Principle
The HM-96 multi-sample tissue grinding instrument sets the grinding time and rotor vibration Frequency through the built-in program controller, and uses the vertical oscillation mode to crush the sample efficiently. The sample is processed in a fully enclosed state to avoid contamination.
Applications
Plant tissues (roots, stems, leaves, flowers, fruits, seeds), animal tissues (brain, heart, lungs, stomach, liver, thymus, kidneys, intestines, lymph nodes, muscles, bones), fungi, bacteria (yeast, E. coli), food, pharmaceuticals, volatile samples (coal, oil shale, wax products), plastics, polymers (PE, PS, Spinning & weaving products, Resin)
Steps
Immerse the adapter containing the sample in liquid nitrogen and chill down for 1-2 minutes (if low temperature operation is required).
2. Remove the adapter and quickly move it to the host for fixing.
3. Set parameters such as grinding time and rotor vibration Frequency through the built-in program controller.
4. Start the instrument to start grinding.
Notice
• The sample tube is in a fully enclosed state during the crushing process, and disposable centrifuge tubes and beads are recommended to avoid contamination.
• When operating at low temperature, the adapter is immersed in liquid nitrogen and chilled down without re-freezing to save liquid nitrogen.
• The operating noise of the instrument is less than 55dB, but it is still necessary to ensure that the environment is suitable to avoid interference with Miscellaneous experiments.
• The same procedure should be set for the same tissue sample to ensure consistent ground results.
