Overview
HBO ZTD-20 desktop microcomputer-controlled spring testing machine is a special equipment for spring detection. It adopts an all-digital speed control system and stepper motor drive, and uses Windows as the Operating interface to realize screen display and automatic operation of test force, displacement, deformation and other parameters. It is mainly used in spring deformation, tensile force, spring coefficient and other performance testing. It conforms to JB/T7796-2017 standards and supports international standards such as ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN, etc. It is suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision, commodity inspection and arbitration, scientific research institutes, Universities & colleges, Quality control units and other departments.

Principle
The testing machine adopts a fully digital speed control system with high speed regulation accuracy and stable performance and a stepper motor as the driving system, the controller is the core of the Control system, and the control and data processing software with Windows as the Operating interface realizes the screen display of the test force, the peak value of the test force, the displacement of the beam, the test deformation and the test Linear dispersion. All test operations can be automatically completed on the computer through the mouse.

Steps
1. Start the test software on the computer with the mouse
2. Set test parameters, such as force value units, displacement units, Graduation, test mode, etc
3. Select the test mode: fixed height force measurement value, fixed deformation force measurement value, fixed force value to measure height or fixed force value to measure deformation
4. Start the test, the system automatically controls the test process, dynamically displays data and Linear dispersion
5. After the test is completed, the moving beam automatically returns to its original position
6. View test results, the system automatically stores data and Linear dispersion, and can export or print reports
Notice
- Power supply voltage is 220V 50HZ to avoid voltage instability affecting equipment performance
- Check whether the equipment overload protection, emergency shutdown device and leakage protection device are normal before operation
- During the test, pay attention to observe the dynamically displayed data and Linear dispersion, and deal with any abnormalities in time
- Periodically calibrate equipment to ensure Force Indication Error ≤ +/- 0.5% and Speed Indication Error ≤ +/- 1%
When storing test data, ensure that the computer has enough space to avoid data loss
- Reset the equipment in time after use to keep the Test space clean and prevent foreign objects from affecting the accuracy
