Overview
ZTD-30 desktop microcomputer-controlled spring testing machine is a special spring testing equipment launched by HBO. The machine adopts a fully digital speed control system and stepper motor drive, with the controller as the core, with the control and data processing software of the Windows operation interface, it can display the test force, peak value, displacement, deformation and test Linear dispersion in real time. All test operations are automatically completed through the computer mouse. Principle
The test machine uses the controller as the core of the control system, and precisely controls the displacement and speed of the beam through the full digital speed control system with High Accuracy and stable performance and the stepper motor drive system. During the test process, the Sensor collects the test force and deformation data in real time, and processes it through the control and data processing software of the Windows operation interface to realize the real-time screen display and recording of the test force, peak value, displacement, deformation and test Linear dispersion.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC 220V 50HZ) and start the device.
2. Start the test software on the computer and enter the Chinese Windows operation interface.
3. Through the mouse operation software, set the test parameters (e.g. test mode, force value unit, displacement unit, speed, etc.).
4. Install the appropriate pressure plate and place the spring or sample to be tested in the test space.
5. Start the test, the software will automatically control the test process and dynamically display the data and Linear dispersion.
6. After the test is completed, the moving beam automatically returns to its original position.
7. The software automatically stores test data and Linear dispersion, and users can query, export or generate print test reports.
Notice
Please ensure that the power supply is AC 220V 50HZ and connected correctly.
Please check whether the grounding and leakage protection devices of the equipment are normal before use.
Select the appropriate platen diameter (50mm/78mm/108mm) according to the sample.
The test speed range is set within 1-400mm/min, do not exceed the limit.
* Note that the effective travel of the equipment is 220mm, and the test space is 220mm. Do not allow the sample to exceed this range.
In case of any abnormality during the test, an emergency shutdown device can be used.
The equipment has an overload protection function, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term overload operation.
* Regular maintenance and calibrating of equipment to ensure measurement accuracy (Force Indication Error ≤ +/- 0.5%, Speed Indication Error ≤ +/- 1%, displacement accuracy ≤ +/- 0.05mm).
