HBO ZTD-100 desktop microcomputer-controlled spring testing machine is a device dedicated to spring performance testing. It adopts a fully digital speed control system and stepper motor drive. Operating interface control software with Windows realizes screen display and automatic operation of test force, displacement, deformation and other parameters. It is mainly used in spring deformation, tensile pressure, spring coefficient and other performance testing. It can also test various types of resilience samples. It conforms to JB/T7796-2017 standard and supports national standards and ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN and other international standards. It is suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision, scientific research institutes and other departments.

Principle
The testing machine adopts a fully digital speed control system with high speed regulation accuracy and stable performance and a stepper motor as the driving system, the controller is the core of the Control system, and the control and data processing software with Windows as the Operating interface realizes the screen display of the test force, the peak value of the test force, the displacement of the beam, the test deformation and the test Linear dispersion. All test operations can be automatically completed on the computer through the mouse.

Steps
1. Start the test software on the computer with the mouse
2. Set test parameters, such as force value units, displacement units, Graduation, test mode, etc
3. Select the test mode (fixed height force measurement value, fixed deformation force measurement value, fixed force value to measure height, fixed force value to measure deformation)
4. Start the test, the system automatically controls the test process, dynamically displays data and Linear dispersion
5. After the test is completed, the moving beam automatically returns to its original position
6. Review the test results and make a qualified judgment
7. Store test data and Linear dispersion, export in Word or Excel format
8. Prepare and print test reports
