Principle
The analyzer measures water quality parameters through an integrated Sensor module: The pH module uses Electrode to detect hydrogen ion concentration and supports multi-point Automatic calibration and temperature compensation; the conductivity module measures the conductivity of the solution, which can be converted into TDS, salinity or resistivity; the dissolved oxygen module uses Electrode to detect oxygen content, combining temperature, pressure and salinity compensation to ensure accuracy. The instrument processes data through the Touchscreen Operating system for Automatic calibration and real-time display.
Applications
Laboratory water quality analysis, environment monitoring, industrial process control, education and research, water treatment, agricultural irrigation, aquaculture
Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn it on, select Operating language
2. Install the appropriate Electrode and connect the instrument
3. Enter the parameter setting interface and set Measurement mode and compensation options as needed
4. Automatic calibration: pH module selects 1~ 5 point calibrating and solution type, conductivity module performs 1 point calibrating, DO module performs full oxygen or zero oxygen calibration
5. Start measurement, select continuous or interval timing mode
6. Use data locking to save critical data
7. Output data through U disk, PC or Bluetooth printer
8. Shut down or use the power-off protection function
Notice
• Ensure that Electrode is installed and connected correctly to avoid damage
• Check the valid period and type match of standard solution before calibrating
• Pay attention to temperature, pressure and salinity compensation settings during the measurement process
• Avoid exposure of the instrument to extreme environments, with a dustproof and waterproof rating of IP54
• Data storage is exported in time to prevent loss
• Optional accessories such as printers to ensure compatibility
• Regular Electrode Diagnosis and Maintenance
• Follow safety regulations when operating to prevent electric shock or chemical hazards
