Drawing on advanced international technology, it features an attractive appearance, user-friendly operation, and stable, reliable performance. It is suitable for conducting various mechanical performance tests, such as tensile, peel, and tear tests, on products like plastic films, composite films, flexible packaging materials, adhesives, adhesive tapes, self-adhesive materials, rubber, and paper. It serves as a reliable testing equipment for scientific research institutes, universities, industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision departments, and commodity inspection and arbitration organizations.
Product Features
1. The main unit adopts a high-rigidity single-arm structure with an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
2. High-precision ball screws are used for efficient and stable transmission.
3. The transmission part employs an arc-tooth synchronous belt drive, ensuring zero bidirectional clearance during transmission.
4. High-precision stepper motors and drive systems are utilized to ensure smooth transmission and precise control.
5. The specially designed fixture provides secure clamping, easy operation, and eliminates jaw slippage.
6. Special techniques ensure the coaxiality of the testing machine, effectively eliminating the impact of irregular specimens on the sensor.
7. The control system includes load measurement, displacement measurement, and deformation measurement systems.
8. A large-screen LCD displays control parameters and measurement results in real time.
9. Features such as overload protection are included.
Working principle
The testing machine employs high-precision stepper motors and drivers, which, after deceleration, drive precision ball screw transmission and guide rods to apply loads. It is capable of performing various mechanical property tests such as tension, compression, bending, and shear on specimens. With a wide and accurate range of loading speeds and force measurement, it offers high precision and sensitivity in measuring and controlling load, deformation, and displacement.
Application field
Tensile, peel, and tear performance testing for products such as plastic films, composite films, flexible packaging materials, adhesives, adhesive tapes, self-adhesives, rubber, paper, etc., as well as for research institutions, universities, colleges, industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision departments, commodity inspection, and arbitration bodies.
