Product Overview
The digital display single-arm tensile testing machine (high-rise version) is a new generation of microcomputer-controlled electronic universal testing machine specially designed for higher education institutions and research institutes. Drawing on international advanced technology, it features an attractive appearance, easy operation, and stable and reliable performance. It is suitable for various mechanical property tests such as tensile, peel, and tear testing of products like plastic films, composite films, flexible packaging materials, adhesives, adhesive tapes, labels, rubber, and paper.
Product Features
1. The mainframe adopts a high-rigidity single-arm structure with an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
2. High-precision ball screws and arc-toothed synchronous belts are used for transmission, ensuring efficient, smooth, and bidirectional zero-backlash operation.
3. High-precision stepper motors and drive systems are employed to guarantee smooth transmission and precise control.
4. The specially designed fixtures provide secure clamping, easy operation, and eliminate jaw slippage.
5. Specialized processes ensure the coaxial alignment of the testing machine, effectively eliminating the impact of irregular samples on the sensor.
6. The control system includes load, displacement, and deformation measurement systems, with a large LCD screen for real-time display of parameters and results.
7. Features such as overload protection are included.
Working Principle
The testing machine utilizes high-precision stepper motors and drivers, which, after reduction, drive precision ball screw transmission and guide rods to apply loads. This enables various mechanical performance tests on specimens, such as tension, compression, bending, and shear. It offers a wide and accurate range of loading speeds and force measurement, with high precision and sensitivity in measuring and controlling load, deformation, and displacement.
Application field
Mechanical performance testing of products such as plastic films, composite films, flexible packaging materials, adhesives, adhesive tapes, self-adhesive materials, rubber, and paper, for research institutions, colleges and universities, industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision, and commodity inspection arbitration departments.
Operating steps
1. Select and securely install the appropriate fixture according to the specimen.
2. Correctly clamp the specimen in the fixture to ensure no slippage.
3. Set the test parameters (such as loading speed, test mode, etc.) through the control system.
4. Start the test, and the equipment automatically loads while displaying real-time data such as load, deformation, and displacement.
5. After the test is completed, the equipment automatically stops, and the test results can be viewed and recorded.
Precautions
• Before operation, ensure that the device's power connection is stable and familiarize yourself with the various functions of the control system.
• When installing fixtures and specimens, always ensure they are securely clamped to prevent slipping of the specimen or loosening of the fixture.
• Set test parameters appropriately based on the specimen material and testing standards to avoid overloading or improper speed affecting the test results.
• During the test, do not touch moving parts or specimens to ensure safety.
• Regularly maintain and calibrate the equipment to ensure testing accuracy and stability.
• If abnormal conditions or overload alarms occur, stop the test immediately, investigate the cause, and resolve the issue before resuming use.
