The digital display single-arm tensile testing machine (heightened version) STX2000H is a new generation of microcomputer-controlled electronic universal testing machine specifically designed for higher education institutions and research institutes. Drawing on advanced international technology, it features an attractive appearance, user-friendly operation, and stable and reliable performance. It is suitable for testing the tensile, peel, and tear properties of products such as plastic films, composite films, flexible packaging materials, adhesives, adhesive tapes, pressure-sensitive labels, rubber, and paper. This machine serves as a reliable testing equipment for departments such as research institutes, universities, industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision, and commodity inspection and arbitration.
Product Features
1. The main unit adopts a high-stiffness single-arm structure with an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
2. High-precision ball screws are used for efficient and smooth transmission.
3. The transmission part utilizes arc-tooth synchronous belts, ensuring bidirectional zero-backlash during operation.
4. High-precision stepper motors and drive systems are employed to ensure smooth transmission and precise control.
5. The specially designed fixtures provide secure clamping, easy operation, and eliminate jaw slippage.
6. Special processes ensure the coaxiality of the testing machine, effectively eliminating the impact of irregular samples on the sensor.
7. The control system includes load measurement, displacement measurement, and deformation measurement systems.
8. A large-screen LCD display provides real-time control parameters and measurement results.
9. Features such as overload protection are included.
Working Principle
This testing machine employs a high-precision stepper motor and driver, which, after deceleration, drives a precision ball screw and guide rod for loading, thereby enabling a variety of mechanical property tests such as tension, compression, bending, and shear on specimens. It features a wide and accurate range of loading speeds and force measurement, with high precision and sensitivity in measuring and controlling load, deformation, and displacement.
Application Areas
Scientific research institutes, colleges and universities, industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision, commercial inspection and arbitration.
