Overview
SHB-20B Tension and Compression Force Gauge is a small and simple digital display thrust and tension test instrument produced by SUNDOO. It has the characteristics of High Accuracy and High Resolution. It is suitable for push-pull load test, plug-in force test and failure test of various products. It can be combined with machine and fixture to form a small testing machine.
Features
1. High Accuracy and high resolution
2. Free setting and judgment of upper and lower deviation values, red and green indicator lights and buzzer automatic sound and light alarm settings
3. Test direction display
4. Blue backlight can be switched on and off
5. It can store 10 sets of test data and automatically calculate the average value of the stored data
6. Three units N, kgf, lbf are automatically converted
7. The data on the LCD screen can be flipped and displayed
8. With peak hold function, peak automatic release function and free release time setting
9. Power-saving design for automatic shutdown without operation, free shutdown time setting
10. Serial port (Mini RS-232C) output, connected to the computer can realize the Linear dispersion test function, connected to the printer can print 10 sets of stored test data and MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, average value, qualified or unqualified value judgment, connect the dedicated machine to achieve When the predetermined stop value is reached, the machine stops moving
Principle
The Digital Display Force Gauge converts the Measured value into a digital signal display through the external Sensor measurement of the push-pull load, and has Data storage, unit conversion and alarm functions.
Applications
Push-pull load testing, insertion force testing, and failure testing of various products
Steps
1. Read the instructions carefully before use
2. Set the upper and lower limit deviation values, units, backlights and other parameters as needed
3. Conduct push-pull load testing
4. View or store test data
5. Connect a computer, printer or dedicated machine for extended function operation
Notice
• Please read the instructions carefully before use
• Make sure the battery is fully charged and charge as required
Measurement parameters and alarm values
• Avoid exceeding the maximum Measured value 20N
• Regularly calibrate and maintain instruments
