12. USB port hot-swappable connection PC, through supporting software to achieve multi-mode measurement, unlimited storage, transfer, traceability test Linear dispersion data and custom test report
Principle
The SP-20 Force Gauge converts the signal into digital values and displays it in real time on the TFT screen through the built-in Sensor measurement of thrust or tension. It supports the whole process of Linear dispersion monitoring and testing, which can be judged by setting the upper and lower deviation values and buzzer alarms, and can be connected to a special machine for control operation. The USB interface allows hot-swappable connection to the PC, and the supporting software is used for data processing and storage.
Applications
Push-pull load testing, insertion force testing, and failure testing of various products
Steps
1. Read the instructions carefully before use
2. Connect the power supply or make sure the battery is charged.
3. Set the upper and lower limit deviation values and units as needed
4. Perform a thrust or pull test, monitor the screen display
5. Use peak hold and automatic release functions
6. Linear dispersion and peak data storage
7. Connect the PC for data transfer through the USB port
