Overview
YANTE YT-ABST Smoothness tester is a fully automatic smart paper and Cardboard smoothness performance testing instrument, based on the international common Buick Bekk smoothing instrument Working Principle design. It adopts cam and spring structure, automatically loads standard pressure through synchronous motor swirl/spin, replaces the manual structure of traditional lever weight, and significantly reduces the volume and weight of the instrument. It is suitable for the determination of paper and Cardboard surface smoothness, and is an ideal testing equipment for papermaking, Encasement, printing, commodity inspection, scientific research and other departments.
Features
1. One-click test, no need to operate to set pressure and other steps, simple and easy to understand.
2. Using Stepper Motor and High Accuracy Force Sensor, the paper pressing is smooth without Impact, and the paper pressing force is accurate (accuracy 100 +/- 0.5kPa) to avoid sample damage.
3. Adopt imported oil-free vacuum pump, no need to refuel, long-term maintenance-free.
4. The main board is designed with new technology, and the CPU is a 32-bit ARM processor, which improves the processing speed and data calculation accuracy.
5. Adopt 5-inch color Touchscreen, Chinese display, touch buttons, easy to understand the operation.
6. Adopt precise airflow detection technology to automatically identify the required range of the sample and switch, precisely control the deflation speed, and ensure that it is preloaded for 60 seconds according to the national standard.
7. Using thermal printing movement, no inks and color ribbon requirements, no noise, fast printing speed.
8. Equipped with standard RS232 interface, it can cooperate with microcomputer software communication (separately purchased).
Principle
Based on the internationally accepted Buick Bekk smoother Working Principle, the instrument adopts a cam and spring structure, and uses a synchronous motor to automatically swirl/spin the standard pressure, replacing the traditional manual pressure method. The sample range is automatically identified and switched through precise airflow detection technology to ensure that the test process meets the standard.

Steps
1. Start the test with one click, no additional pressure is required.
2. The instrument automatically recognizes the sample range and switches.
3. Automatically control the deflation speed and prepress for 60 seconds.
4. After completing the test, the data is automatically calculated and can be output through the thermal printer.
Notice
• Not suitable for paper and Cardboard with a thickness greater than 0.5mm or large Air Permeability and coarse.
The working environment should be kept at temperature (10~ 35) ℃, relative humidity < 85%.
• Power supply voltage is AC (220 +/- 10%) V, 50Hz.
• The instrument is equipped with an RS232 interface, but the microcomputer software needs to be purchased separately.
