Overview
The PUSHEN QHY Buchholz Crowd Tester is used to test the pressure resistance of single or multiple coatings, but is not suitable for high resilience Coatings. The instrument includes a steel block with 2 fulcrums, a sharp-edged Crowd disc, and a 20x Microscope with scale and Illuminant.

Principle
During the test, the Cedar instrument was placed on the coating surface for 30 seconds to obtain the Cedar, and the length of the Cedar was observed with a Microscope and an illuminating flashlight. The length of the Cedar is inversely proportional to Hardness. The longer the Cedar, the lower the Hardness. According to the Cedar length comparison table, the coating pressure resistance can be obtained.

Steps
1. Place the Crowder on the coating surface
2. Hold for 30 seconds to get Caller
3. Use Microscope and Illuminated Flashlight to Observe Crane Length
4. According to the Cedar length comparison table, the coating pressure resistance is obtained
