Overview
JINGKELIAN STM-III Stormer Viscometer follows ASTM standard and GB/T9269-88 standard design, adopts single-chip microcomputer technology, directly displays the test results through the display screen, and the operator can read the sample KU value without looking up the table. The Viscometer volume is about 500ml, Measurement range 53~ 141KU, stable and accurate measurement, simple operation.

Principle
The slurry rotor is immersed in the sample under test, and the blade Rotor speed is maintained at 200 rpm by increasing or decreasing the Nominal Mass. The weight of the sample under test at 200 rpm is replaced by a single-chip microcomputer to change the consistency KU value.

Steps
1. The measurement environment is set to 23 ℃ +/- 0.2 ℃
2. Place the Viscometer on the edge of the table so that the weight bracket can slide down to the ground smoothly
3. Plug in the power plug, turn on the power switch, and the display shows zero.
4. Fully mix the tested sample into the container, the liquid level is about 19mm away from the mouth of the container, put it on the container bracket, immerse the rotor in the liquid so that the liquid level just reaches the mark of the rotor shaft, and tighten the locking screw
5. Put the weight on the weight bracket, release the brake handle, the rotor starts to swirl/spin, adjust the Nominal Mass to stabilize the Rotation speed at 200 rpm
6. Enter the total weight added at 200 rpm, and press the replacement button to display the KU value
7. Press the reset button to re-enter the detection Rotation speed state
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be controlled at 23 ℃ +/- 0.2 ℃
• The liquid level should be about 19mm away from the mouth of the container
• When the rotor is immersed in the liquid, the liquid level should just reach the rotor shaft mark
• Rotation speed needs to be stable at 200 rpm for measurement
• Shift indicator point cannot be mistaken for decimal point
• Stir well the tested sample before use
