Overview
DECO-PBM-V-2L Ultra Bass Heavy Duty Low Shock Planetary Ball mill is an upgraded product of DECO light vertical planetary Ball mill. Through the reform and strengthening of components, frame, site, casing, foundation and other components, Device weight is increased by more than 60%, Stability, durability, safety and comfort are significantly improved. The equipment has the characteristics of small vibration, low noise and fine discharge. It adopts special technology to deal with transmission gears and full invasion lubrication. Good lubrication system and noise reduction technology effectively reduce running vibration, noise and abrasion, improve fatigue resistance and service life, and reduce maintenance costs and failure occurrence.
Features
1. Adopt core noise reduction technology to improve technology in gear production, assembly, debugging, lubrication, maintenance, etc., effectively control ground noise and provide a quiet and comfortable experience
2. The body frame is made of 3mm thick 300 square steel, and the planetary disk, load-bearing gear floor, and motor load-bearing baseplate are made of 10mm thick steel plate. Principle
The 4 ball mill tanks of the DECO-PBM-V-2L planetary Ball mill are located in a symmetrical position at the center point of the planetary disk. When the planetary disk is running, the ball mill tank rotates in the opposite direction around the axis while swirling/spinning around the center point of the planetary disk. The rotation ratio of the planetary disk and the ball mill tank is 1:2. When the ball mill medium and the ball mill tank move together, they are affected by the double superposition of rotation force and deflection force. Due to the difference in movement speed, strong friction and impact force are generated, generating huge energy for material crushing. In order to ensure the operation of equbriliate and avoid adverse vibration, 2-4 ball mill tanks need to be placed symmetrically for grinding, so that the equipment can work in a quiet, stable and safe state.

Steps
1. Place 2-4 ball milling cans symmetrically for grinding

• In order to ensure the equilibrate operation of the instrument and avoid adverse vibration, 2-4 ball milling cans must be placed symmetrically for grinding
• Pay attention to the heat dissipation of the equipment during use, and the ground room and control room are equipped with cooling fans
