Overview
DECO-PBM-V-8L Vertical Planetary Ball mill is an enhanced planetary Ball mill launched by DECO, which has dual functions of experimental sample preparation and industrial powder production. The equipment provides 8L, 10L, 12L three grinding specifications to choose from. It not only maintains the high Rotation speed grinding ability of the laboratory planetary Ball mill, but also has greater Processing capacity and stronger anti-fatigue performance, which can meet the various material grinding requirements that are demanding on output and discharge particle size.

Principle
Four ball milling tanks are assembled on the planetary disk. When the planetary disk rotates at high speed, the ball milling tank moves in a central axis planetary motion. The grinding balls in the tank collide violently and rub the material during the high-speed motion to achieve full crushing, homogenization or mixing of the material. The equipment increases product output by improving the volume, weight and capacity of the equipment, improving the internal mechanical design, strengthening the core device and scientific mechanics research, while retaining the effective grinding ability of the laboratory planetary ball mill.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate milling tank size (8L, 10L, or 12L) according to production requirements.
2. Choose the material of the ball mill tank (stainless steel, nylon, polypropylene (PP), etc.) and type (practical or vacuum) as needed
3. Set ground parameters: grinding time (00:00:01 to 99:59:59), intermittent operation time (00:01:00 to 99:59:59), operation mode (forward operation, reverse operation, forward and reverse operation alternately, intermittent operation)
4. Select grinding method: dry grinding, wet grinding, vacuum grinding or inert gas grinding
5. Start the device for grinding
6. Remove the sample after the grinding is completed

• Maximum feed size: Soil material ≤ 10mm, Miscellaneous material ≤ 3mm
• The grinding time is recommended to be controlled within 30-60 minutes
• Power supply voltage 220V AC before use

• Select the appropriate grinding material and grinding ball size (2~ 40mm) according to the material characteristics
