Overview
DECO-PBM-V-2L-A is a powerful and fast laboratory sample prepative effective equipment that meets the requirements of High Accuracy in sample grinding. The equipment produces friction and Impact energy through very centrifugal force to form a significant pulverization effect on the material. It has the characteristics of short grinding time, high grinding accuracy, strong maneuverability and safe use. The product offers three specifications: 1L, 2L, 4L and 6L.
Features
1. All parts of the fuselage are sprayed with plastic;

3. The planetary tank holder is made of seamless wire cutting process, which is sturdy and durable, effectively preventing breakage at high speed.

5. The core components are Delixi inverter and Dedong motor, which are durable and have stable performance;
6. Equipped with a 200CFM cooling system to maintain the normal temperature of the body;

Principle
Four ball milling tanks are installed on the planetary disk. When the planetary disk rotates at high speed, the ball milling tank makes a central axis planetary movement. The grinding balls in the ball milling tank collide violently and rub the material during the high-speed movement, so that the material is fully crushed and homogenized. According to the different properties of the ground materials, various grinding methods such as dry grinding, wet grinding, vacuum grinding, low temperature grinding, and inert gas grinding can be selected for grinding;

Steps
1. Select the grinding method (dry grinding, wet grinding, vacuum grinding, low temperature grinding, inert gas grinding, etc.);
2. Set the function mode (forward operation, reverse operation, alternating positive and negative operation, intermittent operation);
3. Set the grinding time (00:00:01 to 99:59:59);
4. Set the intermittent operation time (00:01:00 to 99:59:59);
5. Start the equipment for grinding;
6. Use the pause or emergency stop function to control operation.
7. Remove the sample after finishing grinding.
Notice
• Maximum feed size: Soil material ≤ 10mm, Miscellaneous material ≤ 3mm;
• Power supply voltage matching (110-120V or 220-240V) before use;
• Note that the Protection Rating is IP53, avoid using it under conditions beyond the protection;
Regular maintenance of core components such as frequency converters and motors to ensure stable performance;
• Pay attention to safety during grinding and avoid contact with equipment during high-speed operation;
• Select the appropriate ball mill material and grinding medium material according to the material properties;
• Clean the equipment promptly after use to maintain good condition.
