Overview
The OSP-07/60 coating rod is a film tool developed by the OSP brand using the formed process. Compared with the traditional Mailer rod with cold drawn steel rod winding stainless steel wire, it has the characteristics of continuous wire, easy cleaning and high cost performance. The total length of this product is only 60mm, which is currently the shortest imported Applicator rod on the market. It is equipped with 7μm precise wet-film preparatory function and needs to be used with a special handle (need to be purchased separately).

Principle
Applicator rod formed by the process uniform Spreader Coating on the surface of the substrate, forming an accurate 7 μ m wet film thickness, with a special handle can achieve stable film operation.

Steps
1. Spreader Substrate and Coatings
2. Applicator rod mounted on the special handle (handle need to be purchased separately)
3. Coating with appropriate amount
4. Spreader at a uniform speed on the substrate surface
5. Form a wet-film with a thickness of 7 μm
