BOZHEN BZ-4-10TC Pottery and porcelain fiber muffle furnace is an integrated program temperature control muffle furnace. Pottery and porcelain fiber furnace and multi-sided heating elements are used. Principle
The muffle furnace is a periodic heater with a PID adjustment control system. The temperature is measured by K-indexing Nickel-Chromium-Nickel-Silicon Thermocouple, and the microcomputer intelligent controller automatically controls the heating and thermostatic process according to the setting program (supports 30-segment programming). The heating element is a high-temperature resistance wire, which adopts multi-sided heating method to make the temperature distribution in the furnace uniform. The system has an over-temperature protection function. When the temperature exceeds the set value, it will trigger a sound and light alarm and automatically cut off the heating.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (220V 50Hz).
2. Control the temperature program required by the instrument setting through the LCD program (up to 30 segments).
3, start the equipment, the instrument will automatically control the heating, thermostatic process.
4. After the experiment is completed, the equipment is programmed to stop heating or manually shut down.
Notice
• Power frequency meets requirements (220V 50Hz) before use.
• When the equipment is running, do not open the furnace door at will, the door opening will trigger the protection function of stopping heating.
• Pay attention to the equipment alarm prompt (fault or overtemperature) and deal with it in time.
The equipment has an over-temperature protection function, but the operator still needs to pay close attention to the operating status.
Do not exceed the maximum operating temperature of the device (1000 ° C).
Equipment is heavy (about 40KG), please pay attention to safety when moving and installing.
• Thermocouple wiring is located above the back of the furnace body, and the heating furnace wire terminal is located below the back of the furnace body. Please pay attention to the correct connection.
• The controller is located under the furnace body, please keep its surroundings well ventilated.
