BOZHEN BZ - 2.5-12 T C Pottery and porcelain fiber muffle furnace is an integrated program temperature control muffle furnace. It adopts Pottery and porcelain fiber furnace and multi-sided heating element. It has the characteristics of fast heating speed, significant energy saving, uniform temperature distribution and high working efficiency, which can improve the experimental environment. Principle
The muffle furnace is a periodic heater. The temperature control system uses K-indexed nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon Thermocouple for temperature measurement, and PID adjustment to achieve accurate temperature control. The heating element is nickel-chromium wire, and the multi-sided heating method is used to heat the Pottery and porcelain fiber furnace. The system can perform 30-stage program settings in the full range to automatically control the heating and thermostatic process.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (220V 50Hz).
2. Set the required temperature program (up to 30 segments) through the controller (liquid crystal program control instrument) under the furnace body.
3, start the equipment, the instrument will automatically control the heating process to achieve heating and thermostatic.
4. After the experiment, the equipment can automatically stop heating or be turned off manually.
Notice
• When the equipment is running, do not open the furnace door at will, the door will automatically stop heating.
• Pay attention to the equipment alarm prompt (sound and light alarm). In case of failure or overtemperature, the system will automatically cut off the heating. You need to check and troubleshoot before continuing to use.
• Thermocouple enters from the top of the back of the furnace body, and the heating furnace wire terminal is located below the back of the furnace body. Please pay attention when operating.
The weight of the equipment is about 40KG, so pay attention to safety when moving and installing.
