Overview
BOZHEN BZ- 2.5-12 integrated box type resistance furnace adopts overall design and humanized menu design, equipped with industrial PID self-tuning control technology, with LCD high luminance and wide window digital display, clear and intuitive indication. The product has a start timing or thermostatic start Timing function after setting the temperature. Microcomputer intelligent control effectively solves the problem of temperature overshoot and has excellent temperature control effect. After setting the temperature, the meter controls the heating output by itself, and the temperature control is accurate and stable. It also supports fault sound and light alarm and automatic cutting off the heating output.
Features
1. Using domestic professional technology, the furnace shell is made of good steel plate by folding welding and drawing. The control box and the furnace body are integrated in structure, with beautiful appearance and easy installation.
2. The inner lining is a rectangular overall lining made of high aluminum and silicon carbide refractory materials, and the heating element is a helical structure made of iron-nickel-chromium-aluminum alloy wire, which is passed through the upper and lower left and right wire grooves of the lining to achieve 4-sided heating.
3. The furnace is a sealing structure, and the refractory fiber aluminum silicate cotton and diatomaceous earth products are used between the furnace and the furnace shell to build the thermal insulation layer, and the thermal insulation performance is good.
4. Temperature Control system adopts PID adjustment, display accuracy 1 ℃, equipped with brand contactor, cooling fan and solid state relay, stable and reliable operation.

Principle
The resistance furnace uses industrial PID self-tuning technology to adjust the heating output through a microcomputer intelligent Control system. After setting the temperature, the meter automatically controls the heating element to work to achieve accurate temperature control. The heating element is nickel-chrome wire, which is worn in the upper, lower, left and right wire grooves of the high aluminum liner to form a 4-sided heating mode. The sealing structure in the furnace is matched with the insulation layer to effectively reduce heat loss and ensure uniform and stable temperature. The over-temperature protection device triggers a sound and light alarm when the temperature is abnormal and automatically cuts off the heating to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V 50Hz.
2. Set the target temperature and Working time through the controller.
3. Start the equipment, the instrument automatically controls the heating output, and starts to heat up.
4. After the device reaches the set temperature, it enters the thermostatic state and starts timing.
5. After the thermostatic time arrives, the device automatically stops.
