Overview
KS-10T bolt puller is composed of manual pump, hollow hydraulic cylinder, digital pressure gauge, high voltage hose and optional accessories. The hydraulic cylinder adopts hollow self-reset and digital integrated design, which can directly read the force value (KN). It has the functions of peak holding, storage, clearing, inquiry and automatic shutdown. Advanced technology, simple operation, quality assurance for one year, suitable for laboratory and field use.
Features
1. Adopt hollow self-resetting, digital display integrated hydraulic cylinder design.
2. Can directly read the force value (KN), with peak holding, storage, clearing, query and automatic shutdown functions.
3. Simple operation and advanced technology.
4. One year quality assurance, suitable for laboratory and field use.
Principle
The instrument provides hydraulic power through the manual pump to drive the hollow hydraulic cylinder to generate tensile force, which acts on the measured anchors (such as bolts, steel bars, etc.). The digital pressure gauge monitors and displays the pressure of the hydraulic system in real time, and directly outputs the tensile force value (KN) through conversion, so as to complete the detection of the anti-pull force.
Applications
Testing the pull-out force of various anchors, steel bars (planting bars), expansion bolts, chemical anchors and other anchors, and on-site pull-out force testing of Glass curtain walls (test)
Standards
GB 50367-2013 "Code for Design of Reinforcement of Concrete Structures", GB 50330-2013 "Technical Specifications for Building Slope Engineering", JGJ 120-2012 "Technical Specifications for Building Foundation Pit Support", CECS 22:2005 "Technical Specifications for Geotechnical Anchors (Cables) ", GB 50001-2011 "Code for Design of Building Foundation", JGJ 145-2013 "Technical Specifications for Rear Anchorage of Concrete Structures", GB 50550-2010 "Code for Construction Mass Acceptance of Building Structure Reinforcement Engineering", GB 50203-2011 "Code for Construction Mass Acceptance of Masonry Structure Engineering"
Steps
1. Select the appropriate anchors, pull rods and adapters (optional accessories) according to the tested parts and install them.
2. Connect the manual pump, hydraulic cylinder and digital pressure gauge.
3. Operate the manual pump so that the hydraulic cylinder applies a tensile force to the tested part.
4. By reading and recording the force value (KN) through the digital pressure gauge, the instrument can automatically maintain the peak value.
5. After the test is completed, the hydraulic cylinder is automatically reset, allowing for data query or clearing.
Notice
• Please check whether the components are firmly connected before use.
• Please select the appropriate anchor, tie rod and other accessories according to the specifications of the tested part.
• Please ensure that the instrument is stable during operation to avoid overloading.
• Regularly check the status of the instrument to ensure that the battery is fully charged.
• Instrument quality assurance for one year, the company implements a lifetime maintenance responsibility system for the products sold.
