Overview
The KS-20T bolt puller is a Portable testing instrument composed of a manual pump, a hollow hydraulic cylinder, a digital pressure gauge, a high voltage hose and options. The instrument adopts a hollow self-resetting hydraulic cylinder and an integrated digital display design, which can directly read the force value (KN). It has the functions of peak holding, storage, clearing, inquiry and automatic shutdown. It is technologically advanced, easy to operate, and has one-year quality assurance. It is especially suitable for laboratory and field use.
Features
1. Adopt hollow self-resetting, digital display integrated hydraulic cylinder design, which can directly read the force value (KN).
2. With intelligent functions such as peak hold, data storage, reset, query and automatic shutdown.
3. Simple operation, one year quality assurance, suitable for laboratory and field use.
4. Equipped with a portable carrying case for easy portability and storage.
5. Provide a variety of options (anchors, tie rods, adapters) to meet different inspection requirements.
Principle
The instrument provides hydraulic power through the manual pump to drive the hollow hydraulic cylinder to generate tension. The tension is transmitted to the measured anchors (such as anchors, steel bars, etc.) through the pull rod and the anchor. The digital pressure gauge monitors and displays the pressure of the hydraulic system in real time, and realizes the detection of the pull-out force of the anchors by converting the direct output force value (KN).
Applications
It is suitable for testing the pull-out force of various anchors, steel bars (planting bars), expansion bolts, chemical anchors and other anchors, and can also be used for on-site pull-out force testing (test) of Glass curtain walls
Standards

Steps
1. Select the appropriate anchors, pull rods and adapters and other accessories according to the specifications of the tested part and install them.
2. Connect the hydraulic cylinder, manual pump and digital pressure gauge through the high voltage hose with quick connector.
3. Turn on the power supply of the digital pressure gauge and perform the necessary clearing operation.
4. Operate the manual pump, apply tension smoothly, and observe the reading of the digital pressure gauge.
5. During the test, the instrument can automatically maintain the peak force value.
6. After the test is completed, the data can be queried or stored through the meter.
7. Remove the tension, automatically reset the hydraulic cylinder, and turn off the instrument power supply.
Notice
Please read the instructions carefully before use to ensure correct operation.
Select the appropriate anchors, pull rods and other accessories according to the detection object to ensure a firm connection.
* When operating the manual pump, apply pressure smoothly to avoid Impact loads.
* Regularly check high voltage hoses and joints to prevent leakage.
* Please shut down the digital pressure gauge in time after use to save power.
* Instruments should be stored in a drying, clean environment.
Non-professionals should not disassemble the main components of the instrument.
This product is guaranteed for one year and maintained for life.
