Principle
The BLF-6K Centrifuge uses a direct-drive motor for high-speed swirl/spin through automatic or constant speed control, generating centrifugal force for sample separation. Its shock absorber ensures smooth operation and fast and efficient acceleration and deceleration processes for microtubule filtrating and rapid centrifugation applications.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply AC230V, 1A, 50/60Hz;
2. Install the rotor as needed and replace it without tools.
3. Place the sample tube with a Maximum capacity of 0.2ml * 8 tubes or 0.2ml octahedral tubes * 2 rows;
4. Speed range in automatic or constant mode, up to 6000rpm;
5. Start the equipment, and the acceleration time reaches 90% of the rated Rotation speed within 5 seconds;
6. After the operation is completed, choose the stop method: close the lid and stop freely for no more than 15 seconds, or open the lid and brake for only 3 seconds.
Notice
• Ensure that the power supply is AC230V, 1A, 50/60Hz, and check the fuse specification for 250v 0.5A before use;
• No tools are required to replace the rotor, but it is necessary to ensure that the installation is firm.
• Pay attention to the noise level during operation, generally less than 50dB.
• Select the appropriate centrifugal force and Rotation speed according to the sample requirements;
• When stopping, choose the braking mode of closing the lid or opening the lid according to the actual situation;
• Dimensions of the equipment are 175 * 148 * 118mm to ensure sufficient storage space.
