Overview
YIHENG BLF-10K Centrifuge is a high-speed centrifugal equipment with a maximum Rotation speed of 10000rpm and a relative centrifugal force of 5000g. The product adopts a special motor design, which has the characteristics of ultra-quiet, stable operation, smooth and beautiful appearance, compact and firm structure, and is an ideal centrifugal instrument for scientific research experiments.
Features
1. Ultra-quiet: special motors are used, with strong power, and the noise is generally less than 50dB, with a maximum of 54dB.
2. Fast instantaneous acceleration: 90% of the maximum Rotation speed in 5 seconds;
3. Small vibration: a well-designed shock absorber that generates minimal vibration during operation.
4. Small size, large capacity: larger than the market equivalent product capacity, can hold up to 2ml × 6;
5. Easy to replace the rotor: the design is ingenious, making it easy to replace the rotor without any tools.
6. Large centrifugal force: the maximum relative centrifugal force can reach 5000G;
7. Fast shutdown: The design has two shutdown methods, free shutdown does not exceed 15 seconds, and it only takes 3 seconds to open the lid and brake to stop;
Principle
The BLF-10K Centrifuge uses a direct drive motor to generate centrifugal force through high-speed swirl/spin to achieve liquid separation. Its design includes shock absorbers and special motors to ensure stable operation and low noise. It is suitable for microtubule filtrating and rapid centrifugation, effectively preventing liquid wall hanging in the centrifuge tube.
Applications
Microtubule filtrating, rapid centrifugation
Steps
1. Prepare the sample and place it in a centrifuge tube.
2. Place the centrifuge tube symmetrically into the rotor.
3. Close Centrifuge Cover;
4. Rotation speed and running time;
5. Start Centrifuge;
6. After the operation, choose to stop freely or open the lid brake as needed.
7. Remove the sample.
Notice
• Ensure that the centrifuge tubes are placed symmetrically to maintain equilibrating;
• Check whether the lid is firmly closed before running;
• Rotation speed and shutdown mode according to sample characteristics;
• Regular maintenance of motors and shock absorbers;
• Use a power supply that meets the specifications (AC230V, 1A, 50/60Hz);
• Pay attention to the noise level, such as abnormal timely maintenance;
• No tools are required to replace the rotor, but care is required.
