Principle
The FS-400D Disperser adopts an electronic constant force speed control circuit, which directly displays the rotating shaft Rotation speed digitally, and is equipped with a dispersion impeller and a sand grinding disc. The dispersion head generates a swirl/spin tangential high line speed under the high-speed drive of the motor, and the material experiences hydraulic shearing and high-frequency mechanical effects under centrifugal force, withstanding thousands of actions per minute to achieve efficient mixing, dispersion and homogenization.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable position and connect it to the power supply.
2. Select the dispersed impeller or sand disc as needed and install it.
3. Use the manual lifting function to adjust the height of the dispersion head to the appropriate position.
4. Rotation speed (100-8000rpm) set by intelligent controller.
5. Add the material to the cylinder and start the equipment for dispersion or mixing.
6. After the operation is completed, turn off the power supply and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is 220V 50HZ before use to avoid voltage mismatch.
• During operation, pay attention to the material viscosity not exceeding 100000mPa.s to prevent equipment overload.
• Regularly check the chain and lifting parts to ensure smooth lifting.
• Disconnect the power supply during cleaning to prevent the risk of electric shock.
• Select the appropriate Mixing Tank (e.g. 1.5L, 2.5L or 5L) according to the Processing capacity to avoid overloading.
