GB/T 20154-2024
Low Temperature Storage Box

This standard comprehensively specifies the technical requirements for the product, with a key focus on core dimensions such as cooling performance, thermal insulation performance, noise, and safety indicators. Compared to the previous version, the new standard introduces significant updates in technical content. It not only adds critical performance indicators such as temperature fluctuation, door-opening recovery time, heat retention duration, and power failure alarm but also modifies testing methods for temperature uniformity and energy consumption. Additionally, it refines classification requirements for ultra-low-temperature products, such as those operating at -164°C. To accurately evaluate these performance aspects, high-precision temperature recorders (e.g., multi-point thermocouple data acquisition systems) are required during testing to monitor temperature uniformity and fluctuation inside the chamber. Multi-channel power analyzers are used to measure energy consumption. Furthermore, for the newly added tests on power failure heat retention and alarm functions, relevant signal simulation and monitoring equipment must be equipped to ensure the reliability of low-temperature storage chambers and the safety of samples in critical fields such as healthcare and scientific research.
