Two-Layer Coating Machine

The double-sided Coater applies functional layers to both sides of the substrate synchronously or stepwise through two independent coating units. The upper coating head is responsible for the front-side coating, while the lower coating head handles the back-side coating, with both layers being cured simultaneously in the drying oven. It is used for applications such as double-sided lamination of paper, double-sided conductive coatings on films, and waterproof treatment on both sides of textile materials.
