EX Concentration Detector

The EX concentration detector measures the absorption intensity of light at specific wavelengths by the substance being tested through sensors, and calculates the concentration value based on the Lambert-Beer law. It is used for real-time monitoring of changes in the content of substances such as solvents and pigments during production processes, ensuring stable ratios in scenarios like paint formulation and printing ink quality control.
Selection
When selecting, consider that the measurement range covers the actual sample concentration, the detection accuracy meets the allowable process error, and the probe material is resistant to corrosion by the measured medium. Environmental temperature effects need to be compensated for, and regular calibration with standard solutions is required. The interface should be compatible with the existing control system, and maintenance parts should be readily available.
