No-wind dryer

The no-airflow dryer evaporates moisture from samples through infrared radiation or conduction heating, utilizing natural convection to expel humid air. It is used for drying and curing samples such as coatings and inks without airflow interference, preventing surface skinning or component dispersion. It is suitable for laboratory drying of temperature-sensitive materials.
Selection
When selecting, consider matching the sample characteristics with the heating method. Infrared types are suitable for rapid surface drying, while conduction types are ideal for thick-layer materials. Determine the tray size based on the sample capacity, and ensure the temperature control accuracy meets the material's tolerance range. Pay attention to energy consumption and space usage, with metal materials being preferred. Special samples may require anti-oxidation or inert gas interfaces.
