Single Channel Combustible Gas Controller

The single-channel flammable gas controller detects gas concentration through a catalytic combustion sensor. When gas comes into contact with the sensor, an oxidation reaction occurs, generating an electrical signal change. It is used to monitor flammable gas leaks in a single area and trigger audible and visual alarms, making it suitable for places such as petrochemical plants and gas stations where flammable gases are present.
Selection
When selecting, confirm that the detected gas type matches the sensor, check whether the explosion-proof rating meets the requirements of the on-site environment, verify that the alarm value setting range complies with safety standards, ensure the output signal is compatible with the upper-level system, evaluate the sensor lifespan and calibration cycle, and verify product certification qualifications and protection ratings.
