Automatic Viscosity Measuring Instrument

The automatic viscosity measuring instrument drives the rotor to rotate in the sample via a motor, and the sensor detects the fluid resistance in real-time and converts it into viscosity values. It is used for online monitoring in the production processes of fluids such as coatings and inks to ensure batch stability.
Selection
When selecting, match the sample viscosity range, consider temperature control accuracy, and sample compatibility. Pay attention to the measurement repeatability index, and choose between contact or non-contact probes based on production line interface requirements.
